  • Powerful Team Tools to Drive Growth.  In this part, the chapters focus on creating a team dashboard that will help you drive growth and provide focus throughout your team.  It also utilizes the DISC Behavioral Model.
  • Huddle Up and Make a Plan.  This last part focuses on future casting: creating a tool for powerful and productive meetings and creating big future goals to keep your team moving forward and upward.
